Arrival Time
To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient time to complete a brief lifestyle and health questionnaire and discuss your preferences with our team. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate our schedule.

Treatment Experience
Our therapists are fully trained professionals and experts in their craft. Please feel free to communicate with your therapist at any time during your treatment regarding massage pressure, room temperature, or overall comfort. Your relaxation and satisfaction are our priority.

If you have thoroughly enjoyed your massage, we recommend leaving the oil on your skin for up to two hours before showering, allowing your skin to absorb the oil’s healing properties.

Health Considerations
If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we should be aware of, please inform our spa receptionist and/or your therapist prior to your treatment.

Mobile Phones & Quiet Environment
To maintain a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, mobile phones are not permitted in treatment rooms or relaxation areas. In other areas of the spa, please ensure phones are switched to silent or meeting mode.

Children Policy
To preserve a calm spa environment, children may not accompany adults in the spa unless they are also receiving a treatment.

Client Conduct
The therapist reserves the right to terminate a treatment at any time if client behavior is deemed inappropriate or undesirable. In such cases, the full treatment fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend any appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the full treatment fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

• All packages and products are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse service. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
